HotelNestly is a curated discovery platform for cozy hotels, boutique stays, villas, homestays, and small retreats. We help travelers find places and help owners showcase them. We are not a booking platform — bookings are completed directly with properties or via third-party partners.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Hotel Listings
HotelNestly editorially reviews submitted properties before publishing. We reserve the right to:
- Decline listings that don't fit our editorial standards.
- Edit, remove, or unpublish content that violates these Terms.
- Adjust placement, categorization, or featured status at our discretion.
5. Owner Responsibilities
Property owners agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their property.
- Hold valid licenses and permits required to operate.
- Honor commitments made on their HotelNestly profile.
- Respond professionally to guest reviews. See Review Guidelines.
- Not impersonate guests or post fake reviews.
6. Reviews & User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, comments). By posting, you grant HotelNestly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content as part of the service.
Reviews must reflect a real stay experience and follow our Review Guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content.
7. Booking Links & Third-Party Services
HotelNestly may link to third-party booking partners or property websites. We are not responsible for transactions, terms, or experiences with third parties. Always read the booking provider's terms before completing a reservation. See our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Payments & Paid Features
Some features (Premium Profile, Featured Placement, Branding Package) are paid. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual Property
HotelNestly's name, logo, design, and editorial content are owned by HotelNestly. You may not copy or republish without permission. Property photos and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners, with usage rights granted to HotelNestly for display.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download the platform.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security.
- Post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate any person or property.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use the platform to compete directly with HotelNestly's discovery service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
HotelNestly is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that listings, reviews, or third-party content are accurate, complete, or current. Use the service at your own discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HotelNestly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including (but not limited to) booking experiences with third parties, listing errors, or downtime.
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid features.
14. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions relating to ownership, indemnity, and liability survive.
